Meet Liz
Liz is the founder and principal of le clique, a premier virtual studio offering a multidisciplinary approach to movement. An E-RYT 500 with over 17 years of experience teaching group fitness and private clients in the Dallas area, she has extensive expertise in yoga, strength training, barre, Pilates, and sculpt, designing precise, transformative classes. Her teaching philosophy blends meticulous attention to alignment and functional movement with an acute sensitivity to individual needs, creating experiences that strengthen the body, sharpen the mind, and elevate overall wellbeing.
After running a successful brick-and-mortar studio for nearly two decades, Liz now brings her thoughtfully curated classes online, allowing students to practice with her anytime, anywhere. Through thoughtful programming, precise cueing, and detailed instruction in proper alignment, she guides students to build strength, move with intention, and cultivate mental focus. She is dedicated to building a safe, inclusive community — her clique — where members feel supported, challenged, and empowered.
