• The name le clique...

The name is a play on words: "le" is one form of French for “the,” and also reflects my initials; while "clique" (which English borrows from French) evokes a close, aligned community, and also the sound "click." le clique is a space where connection, guidance, and movement unite, and practicing with me is always just a click away.

  • Why experience le clique?

le clique brings a curated variety of practices together in one place, allowing you to build a balanced and intentional routine. Class offerings include Strength, focused on weight training; Define, featuring barre, Pilates, and sculpt; and Flow, centered on yoga practices such as vinyasa, restorative, and hatha. Together these support strength, mobility, balance, and recovery—all within a single platform.

Created by Liz after nearly two decades of teaching group fitness and private clients, le clique is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re complementing your studio practice, building a consistent routine, following guided programming at the gym, or seeking variety without multiple subscriptions, you have the freedom to move with intention—anytime, anywhere.

  • Who are the classes designed for?

You! Whether you're just beginning your fitness journey or already have an established practice, every class is structured with intention.  Each movement builds deliberately, allowing you to work at the level where you feel strong, stable, and fully in control.

Each class is designed to feel like a personalized experience.  Instruction is precise, offering multiple variations so you can move confidently at your own level – always supported, always challenged in just the right way.

le clique meets you where you are, guiding you as you refine your strength, awareness, and confidence in every movement.

  • How do Strength, Define, & Flow differ?

le clique’s class offerings provide a complete approach to movement:

Strength emphasizes heavier weight training to build overall power and lean muscle.

Define features barre, Pilates, and sculpt, using lighter weights to target smaller, supporting muscles that can be easily overlooked with heavier lifting.

Flow centers on yoga—from vinyasa to restorative and hatha—cultivating flexibility, balance, and mindfulness.

Each category is thoughtfully designed to complement the others.

  • I’m just starting my practice, is this right for me?

Absolutely.  Every class is structured deliberately, step by step, so you can move at the level where you feel strong, stable, and confident.  Clear instruction and multiple variations ensure you're moving safely and being challenged at your level.

No matter your experience, the classes are designed to meet you where you are, so you can progress with awareness, control, and precision.

  • Do I need equipment?

Strength and Define classes are designed to be enhanced with simple equipment.  I recommend a set of dumbbells — ideally a lighter pair for upper-body work and a heavier pair for lower-body strength — and a set of resistance bands.

Flow classes require no equipment, just you and your mat.

If you don't have traditional weights or bands, that's absolutely okay.  Household items with sufficient weight and stability can work beautifully.  Even if you only use your bodyweight you can still fully participate and experience the benefit of the class.

To work out in a heated environment, I like to put a small, infrared space-heater near my mat.

Come as you are, we'll always make it work.

  • How long are classes?

Live classes are 30-45 minutes.  Your workouts don't have to be long to be effective, you don't have to train for hours at a time to see results.  At le clique we move smarter.  Each class is optimized to deliver results in an efficient session.

You'll also find Flash classes in the on-demand library, ranging from 5-20 minutes, designed to fit seamlessly into your day.

  • What to expect when joining a live class?

Joining a Class: Once you register for a live class via the Schedule page, you will receive an email containing your invite-only Zoom link. At the scheduled class time, simply click the link to open and join the Zoom session. You do not need your own Zoom account or even the Zoom app to join in this way. If the Zoom app is not used for joining, your web browser will be used instead.

Your Camera: You are welcome to provide the video-feed from your device’s camera if you'd like a more connected experience. I will be able to see you and offer feedback throughout the class. Students' video feeds will not be recorded. If you prefer to keep your camera off, that is fine as well.

Recordings: Each live class is recorded and, after the class ends, is added to the le clique on-demand library. There, you can return to the practice whenever you'd like or experience a class you may have missed. Again, the recording captures only the instructor, never the students.

  • What should I do on days with no live classes?

On days without a live class, you have full access to le clique’s on-demand library. Choose any class from our curated selection of Strength, Define, and Flow offerings. All live classes are also uploaded to the on-demand library for you to access anytime.

  • Can I keep my group fitness membership?

le clique is designed to meet you where you are, offering the flexibility to maintain a thoughtful, well-rounded practice. If you love group fitness, you can continue your classes and integrate le clique into your routine—whether to enhance your current practice or explore modalities not yet in your regimen, such as adding Strength alongside a Pilates practice. le clique’s accessible pricing makes it possible to do both. Alternatively, if you prefer home workouts or are on a tighter budget, le clique provides everything you need, all in one platform.

  • Why should I incorporate strength training?

Strength training is essential for building and maintaining lean muscle, supporting bone density, and promoting overall longevity. It elevates metabolism, enhances functional movement, and contributes to long-term health and vitality. At le clique, Strength classes are designed to cultivate power and create a resilient body that supports every aspect of your life, at every stage of your life.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

le clique offers flexibility with no long-term commitments. You may cancel at any time through your online account, provided it is at least three days before your next billing cycle. If that window is missed, then one final charge will be processed (at the beginning of your next billing cycle) and your membership will conclude at the end of that billing cycle.
